I visited Serendipity for the first time two weeks back and Ill definitely do it again. The setting is amazing it gives a sense of serenity, parking available,staff very welcoming and friendly, hygiene is excellent and beautiful consistent purple branding.

PROS: The best pedicure and foot massage I ever got in Dubai, Angel and Magi are top notch, and the full body massage by Rona, with top quality oils, was an amazing experience. I highly recommend and I will be definitely coming back! Owners and all the staff are kind and great humans, you’ll feel treated very well.
CONS: Hair trim was unfortunately bad, uneven. I had a nice hair cut before, now it looks like a kid cut my hair with kitchen scissors. -> UPDATE: Owner was very responsive and fixed the issue, which shows that it’s a great salon - thank you!
I visited Serendipity in the morning to get a Mani-Pedi. The location was easy to find, and there was free parking available. Jovi was my nail technician, she is professional, friendly and polite. I'm extremely happy with my nails. The salon is also very clean and organized, and everyone is on time, professional, and friendly. I also liked thwt we paid before the service, so I wouldn't have to ruin my fresh nails.

High professionalism, great customer service, maintain and monitor safety procedures, salon is clean and tidy, All staff are very respectful and helpful, good quality products and great results. I am confident to say they deliver and Manucurist Jesusa keeps my nail worries at bay🥰😌. Supervisor Rose is always helpful and always goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Got my hair done here for my friend’s 40th birthday party and was so happy with the service and result! I highly recommend it. They even very kindly threw in a free makeup session when they saw me doing mine (badly! Lol) lovely staff, great owner, very professional!
I got may nails done here. The ambiance is really good and nail technicians know how to do their work really well. For someone who doesn’t know how to take care of her nails, the staff is a great help for choosing good color and cut of your nails.
